Marketing & Promotion
Vendors are encouraged to help promote Find Your People: Community Connection Fair and their participation in the event. Event organizers will promote the fair as a whole; however, individual vendor exposure cannot be guaranteed.
Welcoming & Respectful Environment
Find Your People: Community Connection Fair is designed to connect people with the organizations, resources, services, and individuals that make our communities stronger.
We are committed to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for all attendees, vendors, volunteers, and community partners. Discrimination, harassment, threatening behavior, or disrespect based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.
Our goal is simple: help people find their people, discover resources, and make meaningful community connections.
Event organizers reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any vendor or individual whose conduct is disruptive, discriminatory, threatening, unsafe, or disrespectful toward attendees, vendors, volunteers, staff, or event partners.
Vendor Responsibility & Liability
Vendors participate in Find Your People: Community Connection Fair at their own risk and are responsible for their own equipment, materials, displays, merchandise, and personal property.
The event organizers, host locations or municipalities, participating partners, and their respective employees and volunteers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or other expenses arising from a vendor's participation in the event.
By participating, vendors agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, host locations or municipalities, participating partners, employees, and volunteers from claims or liability related to property damage, theft, personal injury, or other losses associated with their participation in the event.
